How to Buy


  1. Walk the land.  All lots are clearly marked.
  2. Buyers have the option to buy 1, 1 1/2 or 2 lots for each house that is built.
  3. Contact Tom Monette or Karmen McBride with Greenridge Realty to go over the terms of purchase.
  4. Schedule a meeting with Dave Dusendang Custom Homes to find a home plan that works for you.
  5. Select your interior custom finish selections.
  6. Approve the final construction pricing and enter into a construction agreement.
  7. Complete the construction financing and close on the lot.  Programs are available with as little as 5% down and the rate is fixed during construction.
  8. Construction begins!
  9. Once construction is completed you will be given a certificate of occupancy.  Your construction loan rolls into a conventional mortgage and you can move into your new home.
