How to Buy
- Walk the land. All lots are clearly marked.
- Buyers have the option to buy 1, 1 1/2 or 2 lots for each house that is built.
- Contact Tom Monette or Karmen McBride with Greenridge Realty to go over the terms of purchase.
- Schedule a meeting with Dave Dusendang Custom Homes to find a home plan that works for you.
- Select your interior custom finish selections.
- Approve the final construction pricing and enter into a construction agreement.
- Complete the construction financing and close on the lot. Programs are available with as little as 5% down and the rate is fixed during construction.
- Construction begins!
- Once construction is completed you will be given a certificate of occupancy. Your construction loan rolls into a conventional mortgage and you can move into your new home.
